Spartan on!
Started the day with a good metabolism raiser! I did some weights and kettlebells, Circuits and supersets with a good burnout at the end, It lasted about an hour then I did 20 minutes of abdominals.
6:30am Breakfast:
40g Porridge oats
50g Greek Yoghurt w/ Half of a kiwi fruit
Why kiwi?
Kiwi helps raise your metabolism a little bit more well exactly 10% more so add some of that to your diet!
11:00am Snack:
x1 Orange /Satsuma w/ 10g Greek Natural yoghurt
12:30pm Lunch:
Brown whole meal/Whole wheat bread x2 slices, 1ts butter
w/ White chicken pieces 50g
x1 Medium apple (red)
5:30pm Dinner:
75g Cottage cheese
50g Brown whole wheat rice
30g Cucumber w/x1 Spring onion
x1 Tuna Steak w/ 2 pieces cooked ham.
Workout 7:00pm
Going well so far, At 7:00pm It’s time for a run, Intervals in fact. 15x30 second intervals for about 6 miles.
Post workout snack:
20g Natural Greek yoghurt w/ x1 Small banana

Now the Spartan will rest in sleep for seven hours ready for another morning thrashing!

Good start to the day on a Sunday at 7:00am I’m impressed. 300 Spartan warriors defeated 100,000 - 300,000 Persians in the battle of Thermopylae this gives me no right to surrender.

Tomorrow it starts, Today I sleep and rest in true oath. But tomorrow hell awakens & the Spartan inside of me arises.

This blog is to keep track of what I am doing wrong, I will change that. I’m no new comer to tumblr I have had a blog once before on keeping track of getting a six pack… It didn’t work out obviously that is why I am starting this one, But this time I am a Spartan. No matter how hard the situation, No matter how hard the place, No matter how hard it gets keep pushing on. Hopefully no fuck ‘hopefully’ this time I will achieve me all time great and capture my six pack.
I am already as fit as an athlete and can do things some top class athletes cannot.
